Maintaining your new white teeth is easy. Avoid foods and beverages that stain, like coffee and tea. If you decide to consume these types of foods, brush and rinse immediately after consumption.

If you experience sensitivity, we can recommend toothpaste that will alleviate the sensitivity or we can recommend a shorter bleaching time.
